Being an Independent Property Advisor in Singapore real estate, Vincent Thng Wei Hui 汤伟辉 believe in building long term friendship with his clients.

Formerly a project manager in private sector, Vincent holds a degree bachelor in computer engineering from NTU and a Project Management Professional certificate bestowed by Project Management Institute (established in 1969). This helps him to manage every sales transaction with proper project planning process.

His working style (in layman term) is like a Relationship Manager linking up and work with the right Product Managers for his clients’ interests so that he can help you to choose the “Best Suited” property in Singapore – whether you are an experienced investor, a first time buyer or a foreigner looking to move into Singapore.

The first step in the production process is to create a formulation for the product. This involves selecting the ingredients and determining the appropriate quantities to achieve the desired texture, scent, and effectiveness of the product.

  1. Evaluation of the mixture: Once the formulation has been created, the ingredients are mixed together using specialized equipment. This process may involve heating and cooling the mixture to achieve the desired consistency.
  1. Storage of the solution: After the formulated product has been prepared, it is filled into containers such as bottles, jars, or tubes which is carefully selected to preserve our formulated product for long.
  1. Distribution of the solution to everyone: Once the products have been produced and packaged, they are ready for distribution to retailers, wholesalers, or directly to consumers.
